Does Andy Have a Monster?

toy-story-teoria-01

Happy Monday everyone! I stumbled upon this awesome video from the Super Carlin Brothers, where they theorize if Andy from Toy Story could potentially have a monster from the world of Monster’s Inc. They have great evidence supporting that the two movies are part of the same world, and deduced that Andy most likely does have a monster. You might be surprised at who his monster is!

Please check out the video below, to see what was discovered! If you’re a fan of all of Pixar’s mysteries (i.e.; The Pixar Theory), you’re going to LOVE this! Enjoy 🙂

First post of 2015! Starting with MovieTheories :)

If you enjoyed The Pixar Theory as much as I did, you’ll definitely like this video I stumbled upon.  A couple of theories regarding Pixar butt heads with The Pixar Theory, but its enjoyable and most of these are head scratchers. I’m most intrigued by the theory of Toy Story and The Walking Dead. Did that get your attention? 🙂

Fun Facts Friday!

Disney Fact #152:

While there are some interesting theories circulating about Boo from Monster’s Inc., and her potential time-jumping abilities (see: The Pixar Theory), one assumption can be made. Boo and Darla, from Finding Nemo, must have been born around the same time.

The same mobile found in Boo’s room is also seen in Dr. P. Sherman’s office, and while Darla is older than Boo, it’s only by a couple of years.

I like to think that this mobile lulled the hyperactive child to sleep, and then she donated it to her loving Uncle to serve two purposes: calm nervous children, and add to his love of sea-life.

Jon Negroni has put together another wonderful theory that will give you goosebumps! Enjoy!

It all started with a hat.

Several months ago, one of my anonymous Pixar Theory Interns (that’s a thing on a resume) came to me with a crazy proposition: Andy’s mom is Emily, Jessie’s previous owner.

I laughed. I then agreed.

For some time, I compiled all of the evidence and found some incredible support for this theory. For one thing, take a close look at Andy’s cowboy hat he frequently wears in the movies:

Here’s another close look:

Andy's Hat

As you can see, Andy’s hat is noticeably different from Woody’s. Why is this? Why wouldn’t Andy want to wear a hat that closely resembles the one worn by his favorite toy?

It’s no secret that Andy has a close connection with Woody. In Toy Story 2, his mom (who we only know as Ms. Davis) mentions that Woody is an old family toy.

Remember that Woody doesn’t even recall that…
